Breast Reduction

Expected recovery times vary from patient to patient. You may be able to return to work as early as 2 weeks after surgery, however, full duties should not be reached for 4-6 weeks. It is important to allow your body the time to heal and not over exert yourself. Your final results may not be experienced for 3-6 months as swelling subsides. Dr. McRae will advise you when you can resume exercise; this is typically around 8 week mark.
